Kintaro, Ryuta and Masumi visit Kintaro's mother's grave. There, they run into Kintaro's father, who had vanished years ago after being released from prison. Soon, Kintaro becomes the father of a baby girl. He is overjoyed, but when he goes to work, he discovers there's a new company president, and he has received a promotion!

Meanwhile, his life is being threatened by hired killer, Otake, but Kintaro's father, Teruo, thwarts the killers attempt on his life. Then, newly promoted president Takatsukasa receives a letter of resignation from Kintaro. One day, Kayo brings Kintaro a letter written by the late CEO.
