Episode 01

People's Commissar Kuznetsov tries to get the Baltic Fleet evacuated from Tallinn to Kronstadt. But he meets fierce resistance from Kliment Voroshilov, commander of the land defense of Tallinn. Kuznetsov reports to Stalin on the need to create a naval center in Kronstadt on the example of Tupolev Design Bureau - the so-called "sharashka". But Kuznetsov's idea is resented by Beria.
