Episode 1

Mina shocks his audience when he tells them that his astromancy and premonitions are mere lies. A flashback to the past reveals Mina's work in music and concerts. Carmen suffers from her husband Atef's negligence, while Mina grows impatient with his gambling-addicted brother, Ziad.

Carmen feels alienated from her husband, and her inability to conceive a child only complicates their relationship. Aziza gets upset when she learns her feelings for Mina aren't reciprocated, but she cannot bring herself to love Jebiro who loves her.
