The case quickly falls on Dr. Kenan's shoulders, as the woman had fallen in love with him without his knowledge. Without understanding what is happening, the tabloid media labels him "Dr. Don Juan." The suicide case is referred to a criminal investigation. The police officers tasked with investigating the incident question Kenan and his staff at his clinic.
