The public prosecutor was on a personal mission to see ayahuasca criminalized. and a long legal battle started. When two people, Rumi and Danae, are accused of endangering public health and drug trafficking, they argue that ayahuasca is a valid therapeutic tool, and struggle against not only the serious allegations leveled at them by the media and justice system, but also against the social stigma around ayahuasca.
