The protagonist, Akira, lost his father in a terrorist bomb explosion in his childhood, and he is a doctor with an unparalleled will to save others. Takuma, a detective on the SIT (Special Investigation Team) has the polar opposite personality. He too lost his father in the same incident as Akira.
