When Tatum is sentenced to court-mandated community service, a high-strung family friend gives her the last job she ever wanted: leading a troop of misfit young girl scouts in pursuit of the prestigious Golden Cookie Badge. Convinced the program is failing to teach the girls any real-life skills, Tatum throws out the rulebook and launches her own unorthodox agenda to prepare them for adulthood.
