Akira is a struggling actor in Hollywood who is desperate for money. He accepts a job to transport a gang's briefcase to Texas, expecting an easy payday. But things quickly go wrong when rival gangsters begin chasing him. Then there's Onimaru, the yakuza hired as his partner, who threatens Akira and wants the case for himself.
