Synopsis
The year is 2014. The Shalimov brothers are the successors of the working-class mining dynasty in Donbas. The elder Peter is tough as a spring and just as straightforward. His wife Tatiana is raising a son and a daughter. Peter loves his wife, but he's not averse to taking a left turn either. The younger Valek is a charming buffoon, but the soul of the artist is hidden behind the external buffoonery. The brothers work shoulder to shoulder underground, but everything changes after the beautiful Lara appears in the city. Valek falls in love with a girl at first sight, but Peter is also smitten by a stranger from the capital. So Lara unwittingly becomes the cause of the two brothers' enmity: the once-friendly Shalimov family is crumbling before our eyes. Where to watch Hold On to the Ground series?
