Synopsis
Time has passed since the Amatsuki brothers' showdown in "Solliev0," and the number of crimes committed by "special criminals" has skyrocketed. Detective Akiba Kota of the Metropolitan Police Department's specially established "Special Crimes Unit" (commonly known as the Special Crimes Unit) is busy dealing with special criminals every day. One day, Natsume Kanade, a career detective who was formerly the ace of the Metropolitan Police Department's Second Investigative Division, is assigned to the Special Crimes Unit.
