Synopsis
The series Ghorbat tells the story of women fighting for freedom while living under the oppression of a ruthless dictator. These women secretly plan to escape from his clutches, but to do so, they need financial resources. Desperation drives them to hatch a secret plan to steal from the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, a governmental institution. However, just as they are on the verge of carrying out the heist, the dictator of the region, Ghorbat, captures them. In response, the dictator declares martial law, making life unbearable for the women. In secrecy, the women convene and decide that instead of fleeing, they must stand up to the dictator.
