British TV personality Trisha Goddard, who has made a name for herself in the U.S. by making appearances on "Maury," gets her own talk show stateside in which she tries to help people and their families navigate tough issues that they are struggling to overcome. Goddard takes a no-excuses approach as she covers topics important to women.
