Elsje Agatha Francisca de Wijn (Amsterdam, 3 January 1944) is a Dutch actress. After her final exams at the Amsterdam Theater School in 1967 she worked for, among others, the theater companies Baal, Art and Pro, the Nationale Toneel, Toneelgroep Amsterdam and Dorst. The single Karel, from the theater production Man and Mouse, composed by Harry Bannink on a text by Annie M.G. Schmidt became a hit.
