He was born on 5 July 2009 in Kaimla village of Haryana, India in a Ror family of Dankher clan to businessman Sandeep Panwar and Asha Devi. He is the elder brother of Ishika Panwar, who is an actress and dancer. As a child, Panwar studied at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Sagga, Karnal.
