Ersultan Tolegen is a director, screenwriter, composer and one of the founders of tolqyn pictures and ART core, as well as a student of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov. He is known for his short films "189", "Regular People" and "You’re Playing Out of Tune, Buddy".
