Park In-kwon (박인권, born in 1954) is a South Korean manhwa artist, cartoonist, comics artist, and graphic novelist. He entered comics in 1973 as a disciple of painter Ha Myung Ha, who mainly drew Myeongnang comics, debuted in 1978 under the name 'Hwangcheong', 1980's cartoon 'Shadow Butterfly', and serialized his work in Good Day newspaper 2002.
