Elizabeta Spaqi (1935–2020), professionally known as Leze Qena, was an Albanian actress from Kosovo. Born and raised in Prizren, Leze Qena moved to Pristina to study acting where she became a regular member of the National Theatre of Kosovo after graduating. Qena is best known for her role as grandma Antigona in the long-running series Familja moderne.
