Reiko Yokosuka is a japanese animator born and grew up in Hitachinaka City in Ibaraki Prefecture. She is a graduate of Nihon Kogakuin College (日本工学院専門学校 ) and she's known for her black and white "brush" animations (ink wash animation). She grew up reading the manga of Ryoko Yamagishi and Moto Hagio and her works have shown at festivals around the world and on Japanese television.
