Chapek started out as an assistant to Brad Winderbaum and was eventually promoted to assistant producer on Thor: Ragnarok (2017), producer on the short film Team Darryl (2018), co-producer on Black Widow (2021), and executive producer on Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) and Thunderbolts (2025).
