Tom Hall (born 1975) is an Irish writer-director who began his career in the 1990s working closely with John Carney. The duo directed two low-budget feature films together, "November Afternoon" (1996) and "Park" (1999), before going on to co-create the hit TV series "Bachelors Walk" (2001-06).
