Geert Wilders (Venlo, September 6, 1963) is a Dutch politician. He is the founder and parliamentary group leader of the Partij voor de Vrijheid (PVV). With a brief interruption, he has been a member of the House of Representatives since 1998, representing the People's Party for Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie (VVD) until 2004.
