Born Leslie Fisher in Baltimore, Maryland, Leslie was noticed by scouts for Penthouse when she was working as a boxing ring girl. They made her their February 1992 "Pet of the Month" and she went on to do numerous other magazine layouts and videos for them. She signed a contract with Vivid Video in 1994 and started appearing in their adult features, usually in girl-girl scenes with the likes of Asia Carrera and Janine Lindemulder. She also landed a few roles in B movies; playing one of the titular extraterrestrials in Vampire Vixens from Venus (1995) and a smaller part in Strip Search (1997).
