Julie Ariella Marcus (born in Dallas, Texas) is an American voice actress, writer, actress and comedian, who is primarily known for the voice of Ruffnut Thorston on the Cartoon Network series DreamWorks Dragons in season one until she was replaced by Andree Vermeulen in the second season.
