Synopsis
Nine is he fatherless daughter of singer Liane de Varenges. Her godfather is Fabius Marchal, a famous author. At party thrown by her mother, she is noticed by Georges de Mareuil who falls immediately in love. The banker Aymon, whose daughter Rachel would like to marry the young Count de Mareuil, also wants her.
