Synopsis
The film follows Jean Claude Diallo, who spent 16 years in exile in Germany, on his journey back to his homeland of Guinea. But his long-awaited return to the land of elephants turns into an adventurous undertaking with an unexpected outcome. The military has brought a bloodless end to the reign of terror of President Sékou Touré, once celebrated as a shining champion of African independence.
