Synopsis
Toronto’s grand Christmas parade, a historic annual celebration, seen from atop a tall building located at the end of the long, broad University Avenue, where the biggest crowds can also be seen gathering before the parade and dispersing afterwards. The building belonged to the Zurich Insurance Co., where John worked as a machine operator, and has now been knocked down. The parade’s route has also changed, so this perfect view of the event no longer exists.
