Synopsis
A heartfelt period drama that delicately portrays the joys and sorrows of a thief and the people living on the margins of society. Ihei, played by Tatsuya Nakadai, works as a painter by day. In reality, however, he is a skilled thief. To target the home of a moneylender’s mistress, he recruits a group of amateurs to join him.
