Synopsis
The story follows Cemile, who comes to Istanbul to buy a motorboat. Cemile is a fisher woman who lives with her grandfather. Her grandfather, Salih, also runs a tavern. Cemile’s greatest dream is to buy a motorboat. She has been saving money for this purpose. Knowing that it’s impossible to buy a motorboat through fishing alone, Salih sells the tavern and gives the money to Cemile. He sends her to Istanbul to buy the motorboat.
