Synopsis
A male rapist stalks the city but can't be caught --because he blindfolds all his victims and can't be identified. A newspaper editor and his No. 1 reporter set out to capture him but not before they capture some "time" themselves in the ol' supply room. Finally, the latest victim agrees to act as bait.
