Synopsis
Gói is sent by his mother to market to sell their only cow, Old Skjölda, but trades her for three “magic beans” instead. Overnight, the beans grow into a towering stalk leading to a giant’s castle in the clouds. Gói climbs up, outwits the sleeping giant, and returns home with treasures, among them a hen that lays golden eggs and a self-playing harp.
