Synopsis
After Oppenheimer, a brilliant surgeon, causes a traffic accident that takes the life of a child, he takes the alias Norman and begins living a dissolute life in the slums. Meanwhile, detective Gavan is searching for the culprit behind the accident and Oppenheimer/Norman learns that land speculation is taking place in the slums and takes action...
