Synopsis
Jane's fifth Workout video, which was designed as an improved version of her original Workout program. It offers a 35 minute beginners' class with 12 minutes of aerobics and a 55 minute advanced class with 16 minutes of aerobics. Each class begins with a warm-up, proceeds to work the waist, arms and aerobics, floor stretch, abdominals, legs and hips, buttocks, and ends with a cool-down.
