Synopsis

The film tells about the difficult fate of the inhabitants of the Tuoi Khaya village, which was flooded under the Bülüü (Vilyui) Reservoir. About the hardships and suffering of the 500 residents who were forcibly evicted from their homes in various ways and were promised new housing. Despite promises of both Soviet and republican authorities, so far the residents and their children haven't received any compensation.
